Linda Francis

Linda is a co-founder of Futures Coaching and Therapy where she works as a Specialist Coach, Mentor and Consultant.

Following an early career in teaching in mainstream subjects and managing curriculum, Linda moved into the field of special education needs and disability, and onto management positions heading up disability, special educational needs and mental health services in Higher Education. Linda has enjoyed considerable success in the creation, development and management of new services and provisions.

Following completion of a Masters degree in Coaching & Mentoring and a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy; she co-founded Futures Coaching and Therapy where she provides specialist coaching and mentoring to individuals. Linda has gained extensive experience in developmental and performance coaching. Her focus is Wellbeing and personal development addressing areas such as lifestyle and wellbeing, diet and nutrition, anxiety, stress, low self-esteem and managing personal and workplace relationships.  Her optimum goal when working with individuals is to support people in achieving a greater sense of wellbeing and balance in their lives. 

Alongside providing coaching and therapy for individuals, at Futures Coaching and Therapy, Linda provides consultancy, interim management services and coaching and mentoring to organisations in the field of disability and mental health in education and in the workplace. In addition Linda is an experienced trainer covering a range subjects including: mental health and disability awareness, disability and the legal position, coaching and mentoring skills for individuals and teams.

Operates within the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) code of practice and ethics.
