CBT for insomnia (CBTi) is the treatment of choice for working with Insomnia and problems with sleep, be that having trouble falling asleep, experiencing broken sleep in the night, or waking early and not being able to get back to sleep. Sleep difficulties are fast becoming a problem within our lives, with at least 10% of the adult population reporting insomnia to be chronic and troublesome, impacting negatively on lives on a physical, psychological and practical level.
