CBC is a fast growing field. The principles underlying CBT have been adapted for use in education, in personal coaching and in the workplace. The Cognitive Behavioural approach looks at how we think and feel and explores the relationship between our thoughts feelings and actions with a view to working towards purposeful, positive change.
